MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- Russia ceded the position of world’s top oil producer to Saudi Arabia in February, with an output of 9.533 million barrels per day on average compared with 9.982 mbpd produced by the Asian state, according to the data of the Federal State Statistics Service, seen by PRIME on Monday.
Before February, Russia was the oil production leader for 11 straight months.
